Shipping and Delivery Policy

Z-Flex ships only to valid U.S. addresses; P.O. Boxes and overseas addresses are excluded.

Standard Express: In-stock products normally are delivered within 3-6 business days following receipt of the order (weekends and holidays are excluded). Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Guaranteed Express: Orders will be expedited upon customer request and delivered within 2-3 business days following receipt of your order. 2^nd Sight will endeavor to ship the fastest means possible, which may include air service or expedited ground service, which ever is fastest. A valid street address (no P.O. Box) is required.

Overnight Air Express: Orders placed before 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time (Mon-Fri) will be delivered the next business day. For this service, please include an additional $25.00 to the Standard Express rate. A valid street address (no P.O. Box) is required.
